A screw in my rear tire had me stuck outside the grocery store with errands half done. The team at this tire repair had the wheel off within about 35 minutes and used a plug-patch after checking the inside of the tire. Watching the pressure hold steady before they put it back on was the moment I stopped worrying. They got me moving again without making the situation feel bigger than it was.
